Manufacturers Warranty
We really love our hiking sticks, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Normal wear and tear is expected as you enjoy your hiking stick and is not under warranty. We stand by the Mountainrailz construction and will replace the hiking stick due to failed joinery for up to one year. If it is determined to be faulty by our staff, we will replace the hiking stick. Customer must provide original receipt. Please contact us for policy details.
